BPC 10.1 Embedded - Ownership Manager - Unable to Save

Hi,

We are getting the following error when trying to save data in the Ownership Manager

"Errors when reading filter"

"Filter selection describes empty set"

Please see attached screenshot for further detail.

We have raised a ticket with SAP support but they could not satisfactorily weigh in on this issue. We have followed the SAP help document to create the model and all of the mappings are validated and display as processed.

Thanks Amy. This is a new implementation and therefore I need to create the ownership first -- I don't have any controls to run yet. Does not seem to be specific to any group / category / time. No errors in ST22 / SM21

I found note 2551202 with the same error but a different symptom. Maybe you can check if you see errors when running the control.

Is this issue happening with specific RTC group, category or time?

Also, is there any error in ST22 or SM21 when the error pops up?
