Only 'Default Enterprise Location' in the destination field. Where are Emails, BI Inbox etc.??

I have migrated the server on a new machine and everything expect this is working fine. I cant make any selections on the above/ no drop down list. The only choice is Default Enterprise Location. The servers are all running fine. Any help will be really appreciated.

Starting with SP05, you can assign rights to Destinations,

Make sure login to CMC - Servers -> Adaptive Job Server -> Destinations -> Add Email, Inbox, then you will be able to see those options. Which version of BI are you in?

i have assign the rights but still nothing. I have gave FULL control, to user, reports, folders but still nothing.
