The error message in DEV is probably due to active availability control. Can you compare the settings in the two systems under the following IMG path?

Controlling -> Internal Orders -> Budgeting and Availability Control

Go through the activities there and see if they are the same in both clients.

Hi

I have activated Committment Update in Internal Order Type and controlling area as well in DEV and transported to QAS. It is working fine in DEV, system give popup message if Purchase Order is created exceeded budgeted amount.

In QAS it is not working. If I create an Purchase order exceeding budget system is not giving any error message.

What is missing in QAS. I have checked configuration is same in QAS and DEV

Hi,

Check, via KO30, if AVC is activated for the orders.

Hi Eli

Thanks for reply, i have checked KO30 and budget availability is active.

Actually in DEV some other consultant make setting. Now he is not here.

Please let me know what setting was done in DEV to check budget at Purchase Order level.

Is there any Field status group problem.

Try this:

Use T Code SE38 and execute the program RKANBU01 mentioning the Order to which assigned in PR/PO.

Could you go to KO22 and specifiy the order you're looking at? Then go to Extras -> Availability Control -> Availability Control Info. Does it say that availabiltiy control is active?
