Replacing text descriptions with an image file

Is it possible to replace text descriptions with an image file? For example, I have a query which shows sales figures by brand which looks something like this:

Brand______Jan___Feb___ Mar___YTD

--Brand 1___100___200___ 150___450

--Brand 2___200___200___ 350___750

--Brand 3___50___ 90__ 80__ 220

I'd like to replace the descriptions, e.g. Brand 1, with a .gif or .jpg file of the brand logo.

How is this possible?

I will provide points for helpful answers.

Thanks,

K

Unfortunately, this functionality doesn't resolve the problem I've got.

So taking the scenario I described initially I want to drill down by Brand and when I expand the Brand hierarchy I want to replace the master data text descriptions with an image file.

The hierarchy will change so I need to link the image file to the master data key for Brand and call the image file to the appropriate row when it appears in the drill down. I can't just assume that the image will remain on a certain row (i.e. the leaves of the hierarchies will change and therefore the rows will change).

Hi

Use Workbooks for the formatted reports.

Hi,

I have not tried yet but i think it is possible with the help of excel properties.

Provided all brands exists all the time they wont change their positions just key figures changes...

Run the report ,

Add the images to the last of row or shift all columns to right by one or two cells. Paste your images accordingly. Once you done just save as existing workbook.run the report again for validation.

Hope it helps,

Regards,
