How to write the results of a campaign on CSV

Dear all,

I need to export on a csv file the results of a campaign in Hybris Marketing, in term of hard bounces, soft bounces, click on a trackable link, which link is set to trackable in the campaign, opened messages, unopened messages and so on.

CUAN_D_INI_ROOT is the table with the information of the campaign as it has been created, but I can't find the one in which the output of a campaign is stored! For example, where are the following details stored?

CUAN_D_INI_ROOT contains the campaign information, but all interactions linked to a campaign are stored in CUAND_CE_IA_RT.

The field INITIATIVE_ID (linked to field ID in CUAN_D_INI_ROOT) in table CUAND_CE_IA_RT will show you which interaction is linked to which campaign.

To come back to your question about exporting campaign results to CSV, I don't think there is an easy way to accomplish that.

Hi,

You could check the HANA view sap.hana-app.cuan.initiative.internal::CA_C_CAMPAIGN_METRICS.

It's basically a join on many if the tables, a.o. INI_ROOT and IA_RT, which contains the campaign metrics like bounces, clicks, etc.

I'm not the HANA expert but I think you can export from data previews in HANA studio. Maybe even connect this view to Excel directly.
