According to the following announcement, the web-pages for both ES and ESOA are both retired. They are still usable, but you won't find any information on a specific hub for them. For some Enterprise Services you can find information on the SAP Help pages, but that's about it.
It's a shame, because I really liked those pages to find standard interfaces which were often more complete and fool-proof than IDocs.
