Report for Service for a project

Hi,

I want to have a report which will give service PO qty value, All service line items Qty and value for that PO, total service entry sheet made and total invoice qty and value for a perticular project.Where can i get this.

Hi Kalpesh,

You can get the strandard cost element reports to check the servies you are to render from the vendor.

Here in std sap we are using item cat D againt the Network if you want automatic PR so you need to go for Validations for this so that you can get reports against the WBS element.

What is the Account Assignment Category in your Service PO?

If you are generating Service PR directly from Project structure, then it will be Network Activity.In that case how can you get the list of Services per WBS element?

This will be a development...

hi kalpesh

1) see report me2s for all deatils.

while u run this t-code, u have to enter the PO number & execute it.

2) for list of services T-code MSRV6 / ml84 . here u have to put PO number OR select the particual vendor

3) again for PO t- code MSRV3.

Hope this will solve u r issue.

All of this tcodes requre PO now as criterial, but i need WBS wise service list

Me2J contains all informations but it dont include service line items for a PO line item.

all those reports is WBS selection criteria is not coming, Its showing all service entries
