Can't change the statut of some production orders

Hello,

we can not change the status of some production order , when we lauch COHV transaction ,the following POs can't be changed . See the log " Unprocessed future change recs for order 100088459 prevent del. flag/completion".

Where should i probable see that this order are not yet possible to be set to CLOSED?

Please help.

Hi,

Before closing do the final settlement, by transaction ko88.

Perfrom this activity and then try to close.

It will work.

hI,

i have found the error it was located in COFC, what should i do in order to make this error ok and we can close the order? and what is COFC and ?

Hi Ryan,

Execute cofc transaction and give the Order Category as 10 and check the box display mode.

It will show the error.

I was just in display mode in COFC the error is what you have mentioned

Hi,

You execute t.code ko88 for this order and then try to close it.

It will allow.

Ryan,

It is simple problem, there are error records existing for these orders. Please execute transaction CO1P and save the records, then next in COGI transaction look for the error and based on the error messages try to clear the error records. Once this is done you can set deletion flag.

Dear,

You can check the status of orders in report COOIS.

If the order is having status Techinically completed or Deletion flag set or Locked or Closed you cannot change the status.

Check the status of that particular order. I think you have set it as TECO.

Check and revert back.

Hi,

Yes the order status was TECO PRT CNF DLV PRC BASC BCRQ GMPS MANC SETC VCAL*, we cannot do the mass processing of this order in COHV? there were no error log in CO1P, COGI, and even in CO16N.

Please help.
