locked or closed Purchase Requisitions

Dear MM Experts,

I am looking for a possiblity to unlock locked or closed Purchase Requisitions .

Is there a known way or Function Module existing ?

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Is there a flag in any table or any other solution ?

Table EBAN, field - EBAKZ, this would be flagged if the requisition is closed.

EIther you can use the same report ME5A and use the indicator closed eq...

Or

Use the table EBAN and field EBAKZ for closed...

generally when is a PR closed ?

What must happen in order being closed ?

Suppose somebody creates a PR with me51n and then, what must be occur ?

Is it a atomatic process ?

hi,

If the PO is made for all full qty as given in the PR, then system will auto. tick this indicator...

If the PO is made for the partial qty, then this indicator is never ticked auto...but you can tick it by yourself in the PR itself, which means PR is closed and no further PO is req for the PR but can be generated....

No it doesnot block that PR by closed indicator...

It just states that the PO is made of full qty as per PR...

Go to ME52N trxn & Select the Line Item unlock it ..
