You can drive your work mates nuts with function module TH_CREATE_FOREIGN_MODE.

I discovered this one about a year ago, very occasionally I am starting an FB01 for somebody, it's very funny to watch the functional SAP experts wondering about what is going on...they even checked ST01 trace and found that it must have been themselves starting the transaction. A good (silent) laugh indeed.

At first sight, i thouhgt that FM will abort the other user's all transaction without any intimation.So i tried this with my Username and found very Cool one.Right after i teased few of my mates in Office

This is a nice example of why some security should be in place before the boredom sets in...

If I remember correctly this FM is a part of THFB, which contains a few other gems as well which are not really intended for use in real scenarios, they are just there for... ahh... academic purposes.

For those of you who can cast your minds back to having been as bored as this with a < 46C system infront of you, there was function code SLON in the same area. It did what appeared to be something similar, but in actual fact was echoing your own session to the chosen user. So FB01 didn't only spawn itself out of nowhere, it was friggin' alive and posting in the production system!!

SAP later hid it better, and then removed the ABAP coding parts completely.

I just tried TH_CREATE_FOREIGN_MODE. It works great !

The only problem is that I tried with a Chinese colleague.

These guys have a much too "zen" attitude. I got no reaction. I had to ask her if something strange just happened on her screen !

There are no pros and cons anymore for this in the ABAP system. SAP removed them.

But generally there were more cons than pros and it was a bit buggy as well. Netmeeting works much better...

Put an intended bug into you Code or Configuration and raise a service call to your service desk/Ticket system whatever.

And escalate that issue to your TL PL PM GL...KL JL IL OL XX (Whatever Hierarchies you have) and resolve right after escalation and get Appraisal.

Its related with no work time during working hours in office I asked..........How can anyone watch Match in office as there is no such tools to do that.
