Inventory History

Hello,

I am new to SAP (a very novice user, so please bear with me). I am using the following reports to maintain our unit inventory: IE01 Create Equipment, IE02 Change Equipment, IE03 Display Equipment, and ZREQ3 Report on Equipment by Cost Centre.

When items are disposed of, I use IE02 to delete it from my inventory (Equipment -> Functions -> Deletion Flag -> Set).

Now I am wondering if there is a way to view those items that were deleted from the inventory over a period of time, say the last three months. Is there some sort of Inventory History Report that can be generated to show this information? Or once the items have been deleted from inventory are they lost for ever?

Hi,

I am not sure of what kind of a process you are following up, but yes you can a report to list the equipments which are set with deletion flag.

First Check whether you have access to IH08 transaction?

Transaction IH08 - In Status Included Field (Enter DLFL) - Created On or Changed On date of 3 Months we give the output.
