    Hi:

Under the receipt type, &_WF_INITIATOR& should be as an expressionm, save and activate it.

A email would come in SBWP t/code and check it.

    Regards

    Shashi

    hi,

In the work flow builder, in the graphical model right click on the line--> create -->user decision

    agent user and username.

right click on one of the decision option and create send mail.

Change the values to User and user name

Fill the subject and text and OK.

    Activate the workitem and process

You get to see the mail in SO01.

    Thanks

    Sharath

Can you please let us know how you are trying to send mails , I mean by using the mail step or by using the standard SAP function module.

    • And what kind of the receipient type you are using in the workflow

    • Organizational Object

    • Email Address etc

    • if you are using the expression as the agent value to assign the agent dynamically then define the type of the element as SYSID and append US to the user name to it

    • If you want to send the email to the outlook or any other server then you ahve to make the appropriate configuration settings in the SCOT txn
