Warning:Status was reset by system

Dears,

In CHARM a normal correction ticket after completing development when I am clicking on Complete procedure and save Its not converting to Development Completed status and showing two warnings:

Status was reset by system

Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG097

Diagnosis

The required status value is not possible because of the data situation in SAP Change Manager.

System Response

The current user status has been reset by the system.

Procedure

The cause is displayed as a warning in the application log.

Procedure for System Administration

Analyze the situation in SAP Change Manager and rectify it.

And----

Unable to find a change in development system

Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG008

Diagnosis

Possible reasons for this message:

1. Changes have not actually been made.

2. No tasks have been released.

3. There is a technical problem, which prevents you being able to access the CTS work breakdown structure (WBS) BOM.

System Response

The system does not recognize any changes using the CTS WBS BOM in the development system. The transaction is therefore incorrect or the status was reset by the system.

Procedure

Make the necessary changes in the development system. Release all the tasks. Check the task list and the transport logs in the development system.

Procedure for System Administration

If there is a technical problem, check the technical settings as described in the configuration guide for SAP Change Manager.

Transport Request that I released was not blank.
