RG1 register not updating

Dear all,

I searched in forum ...for my Question ...but all not releated to my Question...

Let me tell you wot i did .....

1) i created Material master and maintained Chapter ID-and Posted stock through MB1C with Moment type 561.

2) Through T-code SE16 i updated Material master in this Table(J_2IRG1BAL).But data is not updating in htis table.

How can i update the Data in this Table ..is thr any other way to update the data..is this mandatory.

hi

SO IN U R CASE FIRST UPDATE THE REGISTER

WITH ROP AS CLASSIFICATION

THEN EXTRACT THE REGISTER IN J2I5

AND PRINT IN J2I6

IF THERE ARE ANY SALES THEN UPDATE THE REGISTER WITH IDH AS CLASSIFICATION FOR DOMESTIC SALES

ALSO CHECK THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE THERE

RG1 Update ....after which transaction should i do........i mean..after PGI or After Excisse Invoice..

Can yo please tell me the Flow...once..

afterdelivery, billing excise IV only RG1.

when u update stock , or from producton to unres FG SL

RG1 is updated and updating happens in receipt side

Identified by classification RMA

after sa;les process ie,when we do SO, Delivery, Billing, and Excise.

RG1 Updates with classification IDH, Issues will get updated.

check it in J_1IRGSUM

now to update the daily balance . balance table . Run the t code J2I5

( sry for the 561 mvt with j1iex , got confused with part 1 entry for MM)

post the RG1Which classification

and one more thing is i maintaind in table J_2IRG1BAL....but it is asking Varient i saved the Data with some varient name....and if i go back and check the data ..i mean i clicked oon number of entries...thr is noe record in that Table.

Please help me out in this Process....

Update the RG1Which classification) - RMA for mov type 561- & IDH for delivery (for domestic sales)

Billing Excise Invoice - J1IIN

Extract the RG1..Which classification - No classification is req'd while extracting RG1

post the RG1Which classification - ?what do you mean by POST here, There is nothing called POST.

- J2IUN - Utilization

Maintain entries from SE11 - Table:J_2IRG1BAL- Goto Utilization -Table Contents - Maintain Entries & Save

it will not ask for any Variant.

Dear all,

I maintained the Data in table J_2IRG1BAL ,i did RG1 update with IDH classification..while iam doing thei IAm getting Error Some Material document have not been listed.Material Document locked.

When iam doing the document update i can see the Record of RG1..but if click on Simiulation mode the light is still in Red.

Hai Venky Raj,

as per my understanding.

You have to test with fresh cycle again.

one thing is sure, that whenever posting happens ,RG1 should update in J1I5, with classification : RMA

(Inflow of Goods from Production)

& if it is first time then , you have to maintain the RG1 Bal in above mentioned table.

for your info:

Table:J_1IEXCDTL - Excise base amount has to be updated (maintain price cond type- cond category-H=Basic Price.

Once when goods left from plant thr Outbound delivery & after creating Invoice.

Now once again you need to update RG1 in J1I5 with classification -IDh ( based on your type of sale such as domestic,exports with /w/o bond etc..,)

(outflow of goods from plant )

HI,

Yes, what your points are Exactly rgt..

I Upload the stock thr 561.and later on i did sales cycles upto Excise and in J1i5 .classification IDH(I didnt use the classification RMA).

.i update the material there i can see the record but not updating.....

System is givng message "0 records are updated".

Is thr any way to Extract this records ...

You have to use RMA classification, which means how much goods r produced in declared as excisable.

if you dont use RMA,

then RG1 will not have stock,

while updating RG1 with IDH- nothing but out of receipts from produciton, you are consuming for home use(outbound delivery- selling),

then system will not update any records, bcoz there is no stock available.

try this one :

Go to J1ID --> select material and chapter id combinattion and then select your material - check the value of the materil type for your material, here maintain it as RG1 after saving this try to update in J1I5 and extract in J2I5

RG1 reg is for FG part one update .

MB1C -- 561 is intial stock update for a plant - SL . ie stock is within the premise.

u can update RG1 if u do a delivery , PGI.billing for the FG
