Allow employee to work for extra hours and allow for Day off

I have a work schedule of 8 hours for 5 days in a biweekly payroll. But there is a provision wherein employee is allowed to work for extra hours and is allowed to take day off on 10th day. Can you please guide me in configuring the same as I am pretty new to SAP time management configuration
