How do you go about activating a tenant after you receive the "SAP S-user ID" and password? Looking at support and documentation:

it's suggested that the tenant URL for the Web UI is to be provided by SAP. How do I go about activating the tenant? I.e. getting a URL (and credentials) such as:
https://lxxxxxx-tmn.hci.eu1.hana.ondemand.com/itspaces/shell/design

You will recieve the tenant details from SAP on procuring the CPI license. Please contact your SAP account manager to procure the license.
