Condition periods in info record

Hi gurus,

I had created info record conditions in 2 phases

01/12/2008 to 31/12/2008 and then

01/02/2009 to 31/03/2009 not maintained for the month of Jan'09

but when I am creating the po , the price picking from info record is last period Dec'08 ..

Is it becoz of last po which was updated in the inffo record or something ....please explain clearly

Hi Subbu,

When the system is not able to find valid condition records (in this example for the period of January) then it picks up the price from the latest Purchasing document.

Hope this clarifies your concern!

u r right.....If system does not find valid info record it will pick price from Last PO

hi

when u give conditional price for a period system will detect the prices as per that but when no such condition is there for period then system will get the price from the last po (info update )

u can check the effective and net price in ur inforecord
