Character Set

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me how to set the character set default to Simplified Chinese(GB2312), while login SAP, the default Set is Simplified Chinese(GB2312), current we need change it every time.

Any permanent Solution? Any parameter Id is there to set it in SU3????
