Dear all
My client is working on MTO scenario.
he use MD50 for MRP run.
In sales order we maintain 3 line items, for this three line items during MRP run plann odrer should be one , means after mrp run only plann order which will convertinto convert into production order will include those three line items which are mention in sales order. is it possible ? please advise.
if possible explain me how it is possible.

Hi,
It's not possible to have same planned order for different materials. Whereas you can have one planned order for single material, when you have different sale order with collective indicator set to 2.

- In MTO you have to run MRP for each Sales order and also for each sales Order line item separately (Whether it is for same material or for different material)
- You will get different Planned order for each line item of sales order.
- You can create one or more than one production / Process Order for each sales Order line item but you can not create one production order for more then one line item.

Hi,
In a sales order line item may contain different material. For different materials, there will not be one planned order. for 3 line items, 3 planned order will be created. It is not possible to create one line item.
