IW13 posting date issue

In IW13 report we are not getting posting date for particular order type, can you please suggest what can be done from mm end.

The orders are completed, we see gi documents in mseg table but in document flow also for those orders the GI docs are not visible as well as no posting date is visible.

Please help in resolving this issue from mm side.

Check your Plant/Order Type settings in the following IMG element: Define Documentation for Goods Movements for the Order. Alternatively check the following menu path in th PM/CS order: Extras->Documents for Order->Goods Movements

Please note that if this is the issue, then the change of IMG settings is not retrospective and will not show previously created documents.
