Planned and Active statuses


Hi gurus,

My client needs approval from the Board of the Directors before creating positions. We thought of creating positions in Planned status initially, once the approval is done, they are activated. How do we do it in OM? Is it just the difference of the tab "Planned" or "Active" in PO13 transaction or is there something more to be added to this? (Any workflow involved in this? Or something of that sort.)
