In our SAP system Cost center is maintained as an organizational value and maintened its value range for each company code. So we maintained respective values roles as well based on derivations. But when user trying to access the cost center, it is throwing error missing authorization for cost center with cost center value preceding by zero's in SU53. User has the same cost center in his roles without preceding 0's as we cannot maintain cost center value with preceding zero's in roles.When I checked in another system where cost center is a normal authorization field this issue did not appear. Business need cost center restriction since they use same credit control area across all company codes.
Experts, anyone came across similar issue? Is this because cost center maintained as an organization value?
