Preload CATS

Hi all,

can anybody tell me if the Time Sheet in transaction CAT2 can be preloaded with absence data from IT2001 on the first time you enter in CAT2? For instance with planned Holliday leaves?

Hi

You can preload time data along with leaves as and holidays as created in holiday calender.

You can book future times in CAT2 screen

I'm sorry but I didnu2019t explain quite clearly. I meant absence leaves like vacation not holidays. Or for this matter any kind of pre-recorded leave in IT2001.

For instance, if I have a vacation day in 2009.02.05 recorded in IT2001 when I enter in CATS for this day, I would like to have it already there.

Which steps are necessary to "import" these leaves to CATS?
