COMM_CATEGORY issue

Hello,

I have created a Hierarchy in production with sub categories. One of the category has a wrong ID so I'd need to change it but I'am unable to do so. The zone is unavailable in the COMM_HIERARCHY transaction. How should I proceed to update it ?
