WBS are not pick up in Sales Order automatically

Dear PS Experts,

In our senario, when ever we raise Sales Order then we enter WBS in the Sales Order line item level. But my problem is when every i selected drop down butten in WBS field in Sales Order, there WBS elements are not there (which i was created earlier), but some othere WBS Elements are available in the list. What is the problem can i have. Can u help out.

Hi Friend,

Kindly check your Sales order header level details>Account Assigment> WBS element(Did u maintained or not). Than go to item level then it will show your WBS element. Hope this will resolve the problem. If iam wrong kindly let me know.

Thanks for ur prompt replay. These WBS element already Billing element, and there is no Max 500 entries also. I checked all the option previously. I think so, some other link is there for this problem. Chek it once.

Check Billing element as operative indicator is marked.

You must mark your WBSE as billing element. Select this operative indicator for which you want to link with Sales Order.

Probably you must have restricted your search to 500 entries. So whenever you take a drop down, system proposes max number of hits to 500 entries, make sure that you have removed it.
