Number format formula in crystal reports

Helo All,

I have amounts in this 120,000.00 format. But i want this is Indian currency format like 1,20,000.00. Can you please tell me how to write the formula and where?

Rt Click --> Format--> did not help me.

Can anyone help me ?

You would have to convert to a string and then defines rules for insertion of Commas.

Can you explain why, as there is no such normal number format.
