when Hybris Marketing Cloud is integrated with C4C it is possible to create phone calls/appointments/tasks in C4C via campaigns in the SAP Marketing Cloud.
When I create a campaign in Marketing I choose for example the action "create phone call".
As mentioned in the Application Help the details for that phone call (e.g. Category & Priority) should be taken from the connected C4C and I should be able to choose them from a dropdown menu.
In my case these details are not correctly taken from C4C. See examples below:

So how can I get all the categories and priorities from C4C into my Marketing Cloud? Is it possible to rename the priority statuses in Marketing? Are they retrieved via an OData service from C4C on the fly? Or how does that scenario work?
