I don't undersand what you are doing. But when you want to have the PC on the balalance sheet account from the asset the field cost center (or other CO object you use for depreciation) should be optional
As splitting is active in your system, it is picking up DUMMY profit center where it cannot find any other profit center. It is not clear from your query, where this entry is happening. Ideally, profit center has to be picked up from Cost Center master. Pls check your configuration.
