Hello All

My client has Annual leave which is linked to Quota, and the quota is being generated on Monthly bases, as an example:

in Jan 2018 still there is not quota for every employee, but the client require is that every employee to submit a request mentioning when they will go for the annual leave, so the client can know the following:

1-how many employees from same department is requesting for annual leave in same period? so that they can see if the department work will be effected or no?

2-plan the manpower which is required for each period

so since there is no enough Quota in the start of each year, the Employees can’t request any annual leave, how can I come u with a solution for it and at the same time the client is refusing to change the quota generation to be generated for the whole year on the first month of each year?
