Hi All,
We recently gave Firefighter access to some of our users.
The users are not able to access transaction "/virsa/vfat".They get the error"This function is not possible"
However if they add this tcode to their favorites, they are able to access it.
Can anyone help me figure out the reason for this strange issue.
Regards
Peeyush

Hello Peeyush,
Use "/n/virsa/vfat" transaction instead of "/virsa/vfat" for Firefighter access.
Thanks and Regards,

Hello Peeyush,
Just an explanation to Mr. Singh's answer - you can suffix "/n" with all your transactions for Virsa which you find in se93.

Hersh.

Hi Peeyesh
All virsa transactions were created by virsa and it seems like SAP have not changed them much . So it may be working only on that way.
If you check any SAP notes
it will only specify to call firefighter using /n/VIRSA/VFAT
. I dont think there is a note which tells the exact reason. Two things you can do :- either ask your abaper and debug why it is only working with /n . other one is to directly contact SAP support .

Hello Peeyush,
Any tcode which have CUSTOMER NAMING convention attached works like that.
Can you please give me any example where tcode name start with " / " and you are able to execute without /N
Remember when you type tcode, they are COMMANDS for R/3. Command can start either with /N or /O or Z or Y if created by customer .
Hope this answer your query.

Surpreet
