You should check your setting in the initial report selection criteria screen. Under the "List settings" area there is a "Ref. field monitor". If the selection of this is left blank, then the Exception column won't be displayed when you execute the report. You should set this selection to either "Priority" or "Required start/end" and then when you execute the report, the column will be displayed.

Hope this helps you. Regards,

Angela,

Thank you very much for your reply!

What is the "priority" option repers to?

Does it monitor according to the priority definitions for starting/ending date in the IMG?

best regards,

The "Priority" Ref. field monitors based on the setting of Priority importance of the notification. In the notification there is a "Priority" field and in the SPRO you can setup configuration of Priority types and define levels of importance for each priority level within the priority type.

From header of the report there is one icon - name is change layout and short key is Ctrl + F8, through this you can select column as per your requirement.

Thanks
