BW/4 HANA: How to create Open ODS View based on HANA table of owner schema ?

Hi all,

I create new user "A001" in HANA database and new table "T002" under schema "A001".

When creating Open ODS view with option of "Owner/Schema", I could not find schema"A001".

Did I miss any authorization on HANA user "A001" ?

Hello Wei Cui,

Once you create a table in your Schema in HANA DB, Right click on your table and click load into memory.

After doing this, Your schema will be visible while creating Open ODS view in Eclipse / Hana studio.

Can you try the other way, creating open ODS view via RSA1, i am also having the same issue,but through RSA1 i am able to find my table while creating open ODS view.

Hi Kottaparambil,

In BW/4 HANA, no "Modeling" in rsa1 any more.
So, open ODS view can not be created via RSA1.
