Posting change in WM

Hi experts,

We receive goods in 2 different storage section sec 001 and sec 002 within the same storage type.

And then we do pcn by using LQ02 transaction where system change the stock cat from quality to unrestricted.

Do we have any standard setting where we can only do posting change in only one storage section, because as we have 2 storage section we want to restrict user to do pcn in only one storage section.

Any help on this is appreciated.

there is no IMG customizing to restrict LQ02 to certain storage sections.
