Trouble with Translations

Hi,

I am performing translation from EN to other world languages in ECC 6.0 . I tried to do it from the selection goto->translation on the abap program. I also put my translation for the fields , but I am not able to write a transport for it, rather there is no option that I can find that will let me write a transport,

how can I solve this.
