CAT posting clarification?



We have implemented CATS for time capturing and posting of cost based on Activity types in to SAP for all employees.

Now problem is for contractors who does not have HR master recrods in SAP.We have time recorded by them and price based on activity type.But how to post that in to SAP?If master records are existing we would have used CATS standard application it slef.But no master records in SAP for contractors?

Any alternative for direct time&cost postings in to Internal Order/Cost center?
