exporting reports to temp directory

We migrate from windows server 2003 to windows server 2008 our .net aspnet web aplication that included Cristal Reports XI R2. We used Crystal Reports Server install (no merge modules), to deploy the aplication.

Every thing is working fine, execpt exporting to pdf, word, exec ..., from Crystal Reports Viewer.

We noticed that in windows server 2003 , this process created a temporary file in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\CR_TMP_IMAGE_ .

We granted full privileges to c:\windows\temp in our new server runnig windows server 2008 x64, but when cliking the exporting icon in the cristal reports viewer dialog box, nothing happens. Does any one has

any suggestion where to look o what to do. Thanks,
