Change Symbolic Accounts while transferring of Wage Type to Symbolic Account

Hello Experts,

I want to assign Wage Type to Symbolic Accounts while configuring Travel Management.

I have created new wage types for all travel expenses. Now when I am trying to assign Wage Type to Symbolic Account I can see all symbolic accounts are by default mapped with +10.

Can we manually change Symbolic Account and map it with Symbolic to GL Accounts?

I have attached the screenshot where all Symbolic Accounts are been mapped to all wage types by default.

Hi,

You can assign different symbolic accounts to each wage type.

Then you can modify the accounts for symbolic account in the customizing point "Conversion of Symbolic Account to Expense Account".

Then you have to select the type of account:

Take into account that the key 10 is 110 (just ignore the first digit - always 1).

Thank you for your response. Also can you advise, I need to add ADVANCE PAYMENT wage type in symbolic account. Shall I just mention (-) negative sign in front of symbolic account?
