Hi,
We want to create new notification and link it to existing log book entry.
This can be done in transaction LBK1. (First select logbook entry for a functional location and then create notification. The new notification will be linked to logbook entry by the system)
We want to do this in a program. May be first create the notification and then link it to logid using some function module or in any other way. (BDC does not appear feasible here)
Does anyone know how to do it?
We are on 4.7 release.
Thanks.

I am closing this tread but the issue is unresolved.
It seems there is no way to do it outside the transaction LBK1.

Dear Sudhir,
Can you please tell us how to activate this log book entry in ECC 6.0 since we are new to log book functionality?
