Hi,
I have currently an issue with Crystal Reports and BOE 4.0. It is impossible to access the crystal reports using Internet Explorer. When I use any other browser, it works. The company's standard browser is IE, so I need to solve this issue. Would a migration to BOE 4.2 fix this issue? What can be done?

Steps to reproduce the error, and results:
1- In internet explorer 11, select a Crystal Report to be visualized.
The result is a login page
2- Provide login details and click on Connect
the result is an error message:
logon information not recognized:
- the value of the argument is not valid
- please verify that the correct CMS name and the authentication type are specified
- fill in again your user name and password, then click on Connect
- If you don't have the account info, contact your administrator
