SAP WPs are stuck in SM66

Hi experts,

i am facing a critical issue related to performance in SAP system. Dialog WPs are stuck in system at state of commit/update/sequential read/direct read as per below screen shot. we are fail to identify reason pertaining to this issue. please help.

Hello Himanshu,

Please check if you are able to find some information in STAD report to check what are the different times the work processes are spending in?

You can also monitor whether this behavior is constant by running SDFMON report and see whether the WP's are stuck in some DB action.

Hi Himanshu,

Based on the screenshot you provided, all work processes seem to be busy with database accesses (Read, Commit, Update..).
Check if there's any issue from Database perspective that could be causing this situation.
