Internal catalog

Hi

I am new to this forum. I have couple of questions.

Our client is having external punchout catalogs presently. They want to start internal catalog as well for service procurement in classic scenario. Can any one tell me what are the config setting that one should do to establish internal catalogs? Can we do this in SRM 4.0? What are the other config settings one should do to have service PR/PO once a shopping cart is created for external services?

Please let me know.

Hi Raghuram

We can use this Business Scenario to create, manage and search in catalog.

The CCM consist of two components

1) SAP Catalog Authoring Tool.

2) SAP Catalog Search Engine.

The Business processes in the CCM scenario runs as follow

Uploading Data

Managing Content

Publishing Catalog

Searching for Items

and for configuration document please refer

Hi,

SRM-MDM Catalog is also available. It is main stream catalog.
