GST TAX are not flowing into the TAX tab in PO after upgrade to HANA S4

1. I've created 769 table with the combination of Plant,Vendor and Pur.org
2. Access Sequence JGS1 and Condition type is JISS(For Frame order PO) i also shared the screen shots of Access Sequence and Condition (OBQ2 and OBQ1)
3. But GST Taxes are showing when maintained in the FTXP, and even with TAX Classification(Key combination in FV11)

The taxes are not showing when i maintained in FV11 with the newly Created Keycombination (PLANT,VENDOR,PUR.ORG)in the condition master.

1. TAXINN is also assigned to country
2. Conditions are assigned in the OBQ3
3. TAX code is assigned to Company code
4. GL accounts are assigned in OB40
5. Conditions Records are maintained in the FV11 with the correct Tax code

I have checked the attachment "capturepng1.png".

For the key combination (PLANT,VENDOR,PUR.ORG), please use the below Doc.field
PLANT: KOMP-WERKS
VENDOR: KOMK-LIFNR
PUR.ORG: KOMK-EKORG

Thanks Minu Shaw,

In SM30 V_T681F in this table i was selected EX(Purchase order) instead of TX(Tax) so after maintaining in this table , so i changed in the Access Sequence to the Pur.org (EKORG) after saving my taxes are calculated.

Your question is unclear to me, in the subject you mention "after the upgrade" but in the body is no word about upgrade, it just looks as if you need guidance for the settings in general.

Please clarify if it worked well before upgrade to S4HANA.

Basically I would not expect to change customizing because of an upgrade, except it is explicitly mentioned in the documentation to the upgrade.

If something that worked before stopped working with the upgrade then this is rather a case which needs to be reported to SAP Support to fix the programs.

Did you already search for SAP notes ?

Sir before HANA up-gradation it was working fine and for Key combination with Tax classification it is working (GST Taxes are coming for this), Only for newly created Key combination it is not working also i checked notes 2397306 and 2014164 these two i checked.
