Employee Lookup App Photos no longer appearing

Hello,

I have an issue with Employee Lookup app, but only in ou quality and production system after package update:

From SAP_UI 750 0004 to 0008

From SAP_HR 608 0047 (11/2017) to 0054 (05/2018)

From EA-HR 608 0047 (11/2017) to 0054 (05/2018)

In dev system, there is no problem but all the others the OData end with error (/IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION) and when we analyse the code it say "could not load the image".

Tested either with IE and Firefox, same result.

Have you searched the SAP Knowledge Base? I've found 2513781 - Broken profile images in Employee Lookup there.

Hello Gregor,

Sadly the problem occur also with user with photo, not only with user without photo

When I send the following request I have all the correct info (in dev/qual/prod system)
/sap/opu/odata/sap/HCM_EMPLOYEE_LOOKUP_SRV/EmployeeInfoSet('00001483')

But with the /$value at the end I only get picture from dev system, error in the others.
