I have a problem: I'm working with Interaction Centre in SAP CRM 2007, Service Scenario and I have a couple of questions for you:
1) Let's take a Service Order and it's multilevel Categorization: is it possible to automatically populate the first field of the Multilevel Categorization according to the reference object specified at header level? (for example, if the object is a car, it should be useful to have the first level of categorization automatically populated with "XYZ"; if it is a washing machine, with "ABC"..., in order to save time)
2) Speaking of Knowledge Search, is it possible to manage Interactive Solutions? I mean, I'd like to use solutions which are not simple text:
--> I should have in the same screen text and images
--> I should have interactive answers (like in the Interactive Scripts)
