How to post time and cost for contractors in to SAP?

Hi

We have implemented CATS for time capturing and posting of cost based on Activity types in to SAP for all employees.

Now problem is for contractors who does not have HR master recrods in SAP.We have time recorded by them and price based on activity type.But how to post that in to SAP?If master records are existing we would have used CATS standard application it slef.But no master records in SAP for contractors?

Any alternative for direct time&cost postings in to Internal Order/Cost center?

You'll need to have them set up as employee's if you wish to use CATS (using activity prices etc).

Look at the option of maintaining HR Mini-Master for contractors (without any impact on HR-Payroll) and the carry out the CATS process as usual.

You may want to develop an interface using transaction KB21N for direct activity allocation.
