I have an urgent requirement to get the Customer's notes from HCP Into C4C. We are able to get the agent's notes but not able to get the customer's notes. Please suggest me Experts that how Can I get it.

As per as I know,
The only way to add a note to an existing account is to update it manually.

I need the Customer's notes in the Ticket(Interaction) in the Accounts Can you suggest me that.
How can I get the Customer's notes I am able to send the agents reply from C4C to HCP but not able to get the customer's reply from the HCP. It is not working Vice Versa Collaboration is not working.
Please help me on that
