HOW TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF AN EHANCEMENT ID IN CRM FROM DELETE

An enhancement ID has a status in CRM Web UI of 'DELETE' It is tagged for delete. We no longer need to delete the column. We do not want to save and generate because no one on the team has the authority to update the CRM SPECIFIC CASE ATTRIBUTES table. How can we unmark this extension or enhancement ID so that it will no longer be tagged for delete?.
