SAP HANA Cloud Addon Connection

I'm currently moving an add-on from On-Premise environment to SAP HANA Cloud environment.

Since in SAP HANA Cloud Environment hosted by SAP does not give me the SYSTEM user, will the client receive a regular user he can login with SAP HANA Studio in order to manually create views or procedures he needs?

This same login I would use for the Procedures, Views, Functions that my add-on needs to run. If this is not the case I can change my add-on installer application to run as Trusted Connection but I want to confirm if this is necesarry.

Also when a client want's to create a stored procedure for a report, how will he accomplish this if he dosen't have the SYSTEM user or it's own user in order to access he's database using SAP HANA Studio
