Can storage location be used as delivery split criteria?

If yes what will be the steps / configurations needed?

Thanks,

Dear Aarti,

I don't think, In Standard, Storage Location would be a Creiteria for Delivery Split. But, Based up on Business Requirement, You may define your requirement in to Delivery Routine, With the Help of ABAPer (T. Code: VFOM); and asign the same in to Copying Reuirement at Item-Level, in to T. Code: VTLA.

Also, try with T. Code: VLSP - Subsequent Outbound Delivery Split (after the delivery has been created).

Best Regards,

Amit

Note: For information-purpose:

SAP Note 546668 has detailed information regarding delivery splits during delivery creation.

hello, friend.

i think this is possible without ABAP. however, you would have to define another shipping point (which is a splitting criterion). you can make the following possible assignments...

1. stor location: 0001, plant: 1000, storage condition: 01; shipping point: 0001

2. stor location: 0002, plant: 1000, storage condition: 01; shipping point: 0002

regards...

Delivery Split will be on the basis of delivery document type only. If you want to use T code delivery split VLSP you need to configure accordingly, If you want the config steps then revert back.

Hi

I think, it is possible, as Delivery split can take place on the basis of "Warehouse number".

If the Ware house numbers are different for different items, then Delivery split should take place and for that activate the "Delivery split-WhNo" field in the Delivery Type (OVLK).

If the Storage locations are different for the Items then different Warehouses will de determined for the Items.

This is controlled from the assignment of "Plant+Storage location to Warehouse Number".

So,if you want that Delivery should split if the Storage locations are different then activate the field as mentioned above.
