While creating a follow up trans. for lead the options r grade out?

Hi,

While creating a follow up transaction ( could be lead or opportunity) while creating a lead,The options are disable for me.On the contrary,while creating a follow up transaction for the opportunity I am not getting these options as gradeout.What could be the reason and how to enable the follow up transaction option while creating a lead?

Hi Conte,

Things to need to check :

1.Copy control settings for the transactions in SPRO.

2.Authorisation of User for that particular transaction which you want to create as follow-up.

Hi,

I appreciate your answer.I did the required changes to the Copy Control settings.I did got the Follow up transactions type in the drop down but they are grade out and I cannot create the follow up transaction.

If Assigning roles to user is the solution then tell me what roles I need to assign ?

Else any other suggestion will be helpful.

Hi Conte,

Check for Authorization Object CRM_ORD_PR in the role assigned to the user and include the transaction type which you want to create.

Hi,

Are you able to create follow-up transaction in SAP GUI. If yes, then you will have to assign Web UI channel in the relevant transaction customizing.
